Plant Manager Scope:
The Janitor is responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of the office building and surrounding areas.
Janitor must work with little supervision and be a self-starter.
He must keep track of any maintenance or building issues and communicate any issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
Take out trash, vacuum, sweep and mop, dust, wipe down walls and appliances, etc.
This person is required to have Blood Borne Pathogens training.
The cleanliness of our facility is vital for good health as well as moral.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of cleaning chemical and their proper use Housekeeping and organization of Office building and cleaning supplies Communication as to problems or cleaning schedules Proper handling and care of equipment and supplies Maintain an acceptable cleanliness and appearance of the office building Assist other areas and departments as needed Understanding, application and maintaining of 5S program procedures Other duties as needed Requirements:
Must be Safety Conscious Good communications skills Good attendance record Good eye for detail Must be able to work successfully with minimal supervision Ability to read MSDS, directions, etc.
Maintain safe, clean and organized work area Ability and willingness to help where ever needed Job Type:
